Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Relations Sales Specialist to join our team at Vert Environmental in San Diego. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer accounts to ensure long-term relationships and growth
- Work closely with the sales lead to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
- Identify and address common customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Set and execute appointments to meet sales goals
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and company objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- 21 years or older
- Good driving record, driver's license, and background check
- Knowledge of the local region
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and a strong independent work ethic
- Morning person
- Self-starter
- Comfortable making outbound and inbound sales calls
- Business-to-business knowledge is a plus
- Great communication
- Must live within daily driving distance of the office
- Must have working rights in the USA
