Intensive Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO.
Job SummaryThis is a Full Time opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement patient care plans based on comprehensive assessments to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, communicating as needed with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Evaluate learning needs and provide education to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Effectively delegate tasks to ancillary personnel, supervising student nurses and new hires as needed.
- A valid State RN license.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
- At least 6 months of experience in a relevant field.
UCHealth offers a competitive salary ranging from $32.65 to $49.62 per hour, dependent on experience. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $67,460 to $102,890.
