Hi-Line, a leading provider to the Industrial Maintenance and Repair Industry, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing your territory from your home office while servicing your customers with your very own Mobile Store.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will work independently to manage your territory and develop new business opportunities.">
  • You will build and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing them with exceptional customer service and support.">
  • You will represent Hi-Line's high-quality products and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our solutions.">
  • You will work closely with our inventory management team to ensure that our customers receive the products they need when they need them.">

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about sales and customer service. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A background in industrial sales or a related field would be beneficial, but it is not required. What is more important is your willingness to learn and grow with our company.

What We Offer

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hi-Line, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your experience and performance. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
