About the Role:

We are seeking a Volunteer Catering Host to assist our catering team with providing exceptional service to patients, staff, and visitors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with front of house service, including taking customer orders and serving food and beverages.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with the catering team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Operate the till and manage cash transactions accurately.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
