Travel Ultrasound Technologist Position

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. As a travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Monitor and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
  • Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
  • Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transports patients as needed

Requirements:

  • One to three years experience as a Sonographer preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
