Job Summary:
Care Options for Kids is seeking a skilled Therapeutic Speech Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality pediatric rehabilitation services. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to address the unique needs of our patients.

About the Role:
This dynamic position requires a Master's or higher degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution. You must hold a current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and a valid state license to practice speech therapy. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based setting, and possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to restore or maintain patient well-being
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and modify therapy plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to generally accepted standards of therapy skills

Requirements:
