Job Title: Construction Associate - EDGE Rotational Program

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Associate to join our EDGE Rotational Program. As a Construction Associate, you will be responsible for performing various assignments relating to all groups supporting construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist field staff in any areas of operation, including facilitators, inspectors, project controls, safety, and procurement.
  • Audit construction activities for compliance with company and project safety and health requirements.
  • Assist in the execution of safety and health program elements for their respective field.
  • Perform shop inspections with the quality group.
  • May work with material applications and assist procurement with logistics activities.
  • Assist startup in the home office with proposal preparation and commodity evaluations.
  • Assist startup in the field with progress tracking and cost evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or Management preferred, or relevant experience.
  • Some field experience strongly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of construction principles.
  • Intermittent travel to project sites.
