Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Physical Therapist Specialist to join our team in the Hampton Roads Region, Virginia. As a Travel Physical Therapist Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional physical therapy services to patients and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

This is a travel position, which means you will have the opportunity to work with different patients, teams, and locations, gaining valuable experience and skills. Our team provides a supportive and dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions.
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve department objectives.
  3. Evaluate patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure quality standards are met.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
  5. Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 6 months of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduate of an accredited school
  • BLS certification
  • Active state license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
