We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Ambulatory Surgery Center Registered Nurse. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment, providing exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Job Summary:
- Assist surgeons and other medical staff during procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and care.
- Maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols and regulations.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to emergencies, demonstrating sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure seamless patient care and safety throughout the procedure.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient education, empowering patients to take an active role in their care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, fostering strong relationships and a positive working environment.
