We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of board-certified rehab physicians, certified rehab nurses, clinicians, and dedicated therapists. Our state-of-the-art facility provides comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation and transitional care services, as well as outpatient programs designed to help patients achieve their goals.

About the Role:

As a Senior Rehabilitation Therapist at Tower Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients with various medical conditions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve optimal functional mobility and independence. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert physical therapy services to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal functional mobility and independence.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited program. You should also hold a valid PA Physical Therapy License or be eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania. Additionally, you will need to obtain BLS certification within 60 days of hire or transfer. Advanced certifications or specialized training in rehabilitation therapies may be preferred but are not mandatory.

A competitive salary range for this position is $45,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
