Vascular Imaging Specialist

At Merit Health Natchez, we are seeking a skilled Vascular Ultrasonographer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing ultrasound examinations of the cerebral, peripheral, and abdominal vessels to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disorders affecting circulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound examinations of the cerebral, peripheral, and abdominal vessels.
• Assist physicians in the diagnosis of disorders affecting circulation.
• Record and maintain test data and prepare preliminary interpretations of test results.
• May perform therapeutic procedures such as pseudoaneurysm compression.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or its equivalent.
• Certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
