Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our BMT team at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide top-notch patient care, prioritize wellness, and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes, valuing a multidisciplinary approach.
  • Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to a culture of learning and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices, embracing innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state-approved nursing program.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 6 months of nursing experience, with a strong foundation in acute care.
  • ONS certification within 1 year of hire.
  • Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Certified Nurse.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
