Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be accountable for providing safe, age-appropriate direct and indirect patient care while practicing within the scope of practice of the Oregon State Board of Nursing. This includes utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre, intra, and post-operative care to surgical and procedural sedation patients
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • CURRENT UNENCUMBERED OREGON RN LICENSE REQUIRED
  • HEALTHCARE PROVIDER LEVEL BLS REQUIRED
  • PCH SURGERY AMBULATORY: ACLS REQUIRED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF HIRE

Physical Demands:

This position requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, and carrying heavy equipment. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
