We are actively seeking a Mobile Dentist Care Specialist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. This role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and adherence to regulatory standards while engaging with patients to foster positive experiences.
The Mobile Dentist Care Specialist plays a crucial role in providing high-quality dental services to patients with the support of their team. You will have the opportunity to participate in activities to promote a positive image of the company, including morning huddles and community events.
We offer a competitive salary of $200,000 per year, plus an additional $8,000 per week for traveling to other offices within your geographic area. Expenses for hotel, mileage, and meals are all paid by the company. Attractive sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment assistance up to $12,000 per month may be offered for specific locations.
As a Mobile Dentist Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing dental services to patients with the support of your team.
- Holding staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs.
- Participating in community activities to promote a positive image of the company.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
