Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our educational team in Preston, Washington.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working with students in grades K-12. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology, along with an active SLP License.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate students' speech and language skills to identify areas of improvement.
  • Create personalized treatment plans to address individual needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to ensure effective communication and academic success.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
  • Active SLP License
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
