Carwash Director

At Waterway Carwash, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our car wash locations.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, identifying their needs, and selling car wash services and memberships.
• Operations Management: Manage daily store production, coordinate staff, and maintain high service standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise employees, provide coaching and mentoring, and create a positive work environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail management
• At least 2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year (depending on experience)
