{"Job Title": "HVAC Installation Specialist", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at Service Experts Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing. As a key member of our engineering excellence team, you will be responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities:

* Install HVAC equipment and accessories in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer specifications
* Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required
* Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components
* Provide excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction
* Promote products and services to customers
* Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are being properly used, maintained, and accounted for
* Complete all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner

Health and Safety:

* Report any unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards to direct supervisor/manager immediately
* Use and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by company program(s) or procedure(s)
* Comply with general rules as prescribed by company program(s) or procedure(s)
* Participate in any safety initiatives, teams, or committees

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and service
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and customer service skills
