Seasonal Arborist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Tree Sales Associate to join our team at McDonald Garden Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service, promote gardening success, and contribute to the success of our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers on a wide variety of plants, trees, shrubs, lawn, and garden products.
• Assist in the staging, display, and sale of merchandise, ensuring proper signage and product information.
• Offer suggestions and demonstrate the use and care of products for customers.
• Work collaboratively with the team to promote gardening success through merchandising, sales, training, customer education, and service.

Requirements:

• Passion for gardening and customer service-focused.
• Previous retail sales experience and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
