Are you looking for a challenging role within a dynamic team? As a Commercial Refrigeration Technician at Walmart, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the company's refrigeration and HVAC equipment across local retail stores.

With a strong focus on commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining equipment, utilizing hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs. Your role will also involve working closely with the work order management system to receive repair work orders from stores and documenting repair activities.

As a key member of our team, you will provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations by performing work according to practices and procedures outlined in the Walmart Refrigeration HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, using your mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues with refrigeration and HVAC equipment. You will also be required to lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work at heights frequently.

The hourly wage range for this position is $24-$46 per hour, and you may be eligible for bonus incentives based on performance.
