As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals who share our passion for human-centered primary care.
In this role, you'll manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs, conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional care.
You'll also have access to ongoing learning opportunities through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities, as well as utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification, and have at least 2 years of experience practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting.
You'll also need to be state licensed in New York and demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care, effective communication skills, and the ability to navigate uncertain situations with confidence.
We offer a competitive salary range of $142,000 to $151,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule, as well as additional pay for those who exceed specified qualifications and requirements.
Our total compensation package includes annual performance bonus, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
