Flexible Psychologist Opportunity in Minnesota

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team in Minnesota. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on patient care while enjoying a flexible schedule.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves working 3 days on-site and 2 days remotely, with a total of 32 hours per week. The clinic operates from 7am to 6pm, with virtual sessions available. Wednesday afternoons are reserved for case review.
The ideal candidate will have experience conducting evaluations, psychological evaluations, and testing, as well as developing treatment plans and providing therapy as needed. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate patient records are also key aspects of this role.

You will be responsible for:
- Conducting evaluations, psychological evaluations, and testing to assist in diagnosis and treatment
- Developing treatment plans and providing therapy to patients as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participating in professional development activities to stay current with best practices and trends
- Providing consultation to other healthcare professionals as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited university
- A current state license to practice psychology
- At least 2 years of experience conducting evaluations, psychological evaluations, and testing
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Experience working with diverse patient populations is preferred
