Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, effective, and personalized care to patients with complex medical needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Evaluate patient responses to care and adjust plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license, at least 12 months of recent nursing experience, BLS certification, and ACLS certification in designated departments.

Physical Demands:

This role requires medium-heavy physical demands, including lifting up to 75 pounds, occasional to frequent standing and walking, and exposure to blood-borne pathogens, bio-hazardous waste, and other environmental factors.
