We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Specialist to join our team in the Operating Room. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the latest technology in our state-of-the-art surgical suites, participating in complex surgeries and advocating for patients undergoing anesthesia and/or sedation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to scrub and circulate in various services, including vascular, endovascular, neurovascular, neuro/spine, robotics, thoracic, trauma, and general. You will also be required to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the perioperative setting, working cooperatively with the multidisciplinary care team to participate in shared clinical decision-making.

Salary: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $45.00 to $63.00, based on relevant experience, education, and skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ADN degree
  • I.V. certification or completion of requirements during orientation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in meeting system staffing needs
  • Certifications and Licenses Required: CNOR Certification, Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement, BLS from the American Heart Association
