Job Description

As a Customer Accounts Advisor, you will build lasting relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face, ensuring they are satisfied with their product and empowered to take ownership. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining updated customer information and documenting appointments in our store computer system.
  • Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreements, either in-home visits or over the phone.
  • Selling customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments.
  • Assisting the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
  • Supporting the Sales Team as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High energy and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proper telephone etiquette.
  • A valid state Driver's License (at least 21 years old in the United States) or equivalent Canadian license.
  • Compliance with our Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and 300 pounds with the help of a dolly.
  • Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
