Park Event Coordinator

The State of Nebraska is seeking a skilled Park Event Coordinator to join our team at Eugene T. Mahoney State Park.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning special events, conferences, and weddings in the park.
You will work closely with families, companies, and other groups to set up and execute their events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
As a Park Event Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for event planners, handling all aspects of event planning, from initial inquiries to final execution.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring that all events are conducted in accordance with park policies and procedures.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan special events, conferences, and weddings in the park.

Requirements:
- Coursework/training in administrative/office support functions, procedures, and methods.
