Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Clinical Office Assistant Lead to join our team at 154 Aurora Health Care North, Inc. This role will be responsible for coordinating the operational workflow of clinical office staff, distributing workload and staff assignments, and maintaining daily clinical office levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate operational workflow of clinical office staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal productivity.
  • Assist supervisor with human resource responsibilities, including interviewing, selection, and development of new employees.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including reception, scheduling, data entry, billing, and medical records management.
  • Serve as a resource for department personnel and physicians, providing problem-solving support and promoting customer relations.
  • Oversee ordering of department supplies, maintain awareness of budget constraints, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify and implement additional projects or reports to improve department efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Typically requires 5 years of experience in secretarial/clerical support.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft office products.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project coordination skills and customer service skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, and lift frequently throughout the workday. Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 20 lbs may be required. The position may also require travel and exposure to road and weather hazards.
