Job Description:

Addus Homecare is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to support the Hospice Division. This role will focus on quality and compliance, ensuring that all services meet federal, state, and CHAP standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of survey procedures and interpretive guidelines.
  • Audit charts for compliance with federal, state, and CHAP standards.
  • Provide staff direction and support, ensuring proper use of the electronic medical record.
  • Compile and report quality data in areas such as patient care, safety, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client care information and protect client rights.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
  • Valid Registered Nurse licensure for practicing state.
  • 2 years experience in administrative or quality assurance capacity preferred.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
