Requirements
- Minimum of 2-years clinical experience as Nurse Practitioner in an acute and/or ambulatory care setting
- Previous experience as Forensic Nurse strongly preferred, though willing to train
- Required licensure Oregon State Board of Nursing APRN; Board-certified in Family Medicine; Oregon DEA
