Customer Service Director for High-Performing Call Center

The Customer Service Director will lead the daily operations of our call center, managing a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and strong leadership skills to drive performance and meet goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and feedback to improve performance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance, metrics, and customer interactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a call center environment.
