About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and ensure that the team is meeting McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor performance during shifts and take action to ensure that the team is meeting targets.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition and prepare for the next shift.
  • Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
