Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Home Health Care Professional to join our team. As a Home Health Care Professional with Stacy's Care LLC, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Patients with Daily Activities: Provide assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring the patient's dignity and comfort are maintained at all times.
  • Medication Management: Ensure patients receive their prescribed medication in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining up-to-date records and communicating with medical professionals as necessary.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals that meet the dietary needs of our patients, promoting healthy eating habits and hydration.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Home Health Care Professional or similar field, demonstrating expertise in caring for patients with diverse needs.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain empathetic and understanding when interacting with patients and their families.
  • Certifications: Hold current certifications that align with the requirements of this role, such as CPR/First Aid or other relevant healthcare certifications.

What We Offer:
