Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Development Liaison to join our Outside Plant team at Race Telecommunications LLC. This role is responsible for fostering strong relationships with Homeowners Associations (HOAs), property managers, and private property owners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration during the planning, construction, and deployment of network infrastructure.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, and have a strong understanding of customer needs. As a Field Development Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and will be responsible for managing relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring project compliance with community guidelines and local regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with HOAs, property managers, and private property owners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring project compliance.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
