Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ER nurse who has a proven track record of success in a high-volume ER setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ER nursing and be certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week.



Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the ER, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating various medical conditions
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical histories, test results, and medication administration
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in ER nursing


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:



  • A current RN license in good standing
  • At least 2 years of experience in ER nursing
  • Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
  • Ability to work 7P-7A shifts, with flexibility to adapt to changing hospital needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
