Automotive Exterior Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Car Wash Associates at Waterway Carwash in Northbrook, IL.

Competitive hourly rate: $17-$20 per hour with opportunities for cash tips and advancement. Our top earners make over $20 per hour.

This is an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, be active while you work, and make a positive impact on our customers' experience. As a Car Wash Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning vehicles to a high standard based on the selected wash package
• Greeting customers, assisting them into and out of their vehicles, and providing clear direction throughout the car wash process
• Operating vehicles onto and off the conveyor system, programming wash types, and ensuring safe traffic flow

You will also maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment by performing tasks such as picking up trash, sweeping and hosing areas visible to customers, and cleaning wash equipment and facilities.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid driver's license
• A professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance
• The ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering yourself or others
