As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed. You will work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office, and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. You will also work with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market and help manage the website and social media content. Requirements include interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent communication skills, people-oriented, organizational skills, self-motivated, proactive in problem solving, and ability to work in a team environment.
