At Inovar Packaging, we are committed to hiring the best talent in the industry. As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in creating cutting-edge products by setting up and efficiently running a Flexographic Press.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the press to produce jobs according to specifications.
  • Prepare machines for printing and die cutting, ensuring that substrates, ink, and tooling meet requirements.
  • Make adjustments to manage ink distribution, speed, and temperature in the drying chamber.
  • Search for and correct problems, making quick corrections to avoid losses of substrate and ink.
  • Maintain presses through oiling and cleaning, performing minor repairs and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Press Operator or comparable skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with great communication skills and physical strength and stamina.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
