We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Clerk to join our team at Skyline Solutions in Rostock. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and manage customer orders, including order entry and monitoring.
  • Prepare and send invoices, as well as monitor payment receipts.
  • Document project-related costs and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with restoration specialists and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide administrative support to project and department managers.
  • Develop and maintain reports and statistics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Organizational skills, cost awareness, and assertiveness.
  • Polite and friendly demeanor, with excellent German language skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products.
