Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a clinic setting, preferably in urgent care. The successful candidate will possess a Full Scope X-Ray Technologist State License and proof of ARRT License.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
  • Nursing duties, including measuring and recording patients' vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and performing clinical tasks.
  • Observe patients, charting, reporting changes in patients' conditions, and taking necessary action.
  • Operate or oversee the operation of X-Ray equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during X-Ray scans.
  • Ensure imaging equipment is in proper operating condition.
  • Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
  • Assist patients using a Virtual Medicine Provider.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
Requirements and Preferences
  • At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic setting, preferably urgent care.
  • Indiana Residents Only: Limited Scope License requires a State License and proof of ARRT License.
