Residential and Commercial Painting Specialist

Pelican Pro Ventures Inc is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Residential and Commercial Painter, you will be responsible for painting exterior and interior areas of our clients' properties.

• We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, who can prepare areas to be painted by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, and masking adjacent surfaces as needed.
• Maintaining inventory of paint, brushes, and other painting supplies in accordance with Management's instructions is also crucial.
• The ideal candidate will be able to paint areas as instructed by the maintenance supervisor or property manager, using appropriate finishes and applications.
• Familiarity with OSHA/MSDS guidelines regarding hazardous chemicals and proper ventilation when using paint removers, varnishes, cleaners, etc. is essential.
• A thorough understanding of storage and disposal laws, regulations, codes, etc. is also required.
• You will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning areas, supplies, and equipment when projects are completed.
• Putting remaining paint and supplies in their proper location is also an important task.
• The successful candidate may also assist with special maintenance projects as needed.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and local market rates.
