At Willowood of Williamstown Inc, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Job Summary:
The Resident Care Assistant will assist residents with daily living activities, provide personal care, and maintain a safe and clean environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide support with meals and snacks
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident needs are met
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude
