Overview:
LifeLong Medical Care is seeking a Board-certified/eligible Pediatrician, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based primary pediatric care to our patients. We are committed to delivering innovative, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide preventive, urgent care, and primary care health services to a diverse patient population
Conduct clinical assessments, order diagnostic evaluations, and plan programs of care
Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers on health and wellness
Maintain accurate patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to coordinate care and advocate for patients

Qualifications:
Current California MD, NP, or PA license
Training and experience in pediatrics with board eligibility or certification
Strong interest in working with a diverse patient population and commitment to community health philosophy
Experience with electronic health records and team-based care models
Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
