Front Desk Hospitality Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Park on Main Hotel in the beautiful Highlands, NC area. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant stay.

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package starting at $16.00 hourly wage, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and more. Our attractive benefits package is designed to support your overall well-being and career growth.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized, courteous, and prompt service to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests.
- Efficiently execute shift checklists and set up/take down continental breakfast.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests to provide services such as check-in, check-out, assistance making reservations, room issues or requests, or any other task requested by the guest.
- Follow proper billing and cash handling procedures.
- Display high-level competency in property management systems.
- Interact with guests in a professional, ethical, and customer-service driven manner.
- Follow proper work environment procedures regarding harassment, grievances, and substance abuse as outlined in the Columbus Hospitality handbook.
- Provide professional and thorough communication (via email, property management system, or verbal) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Interact with guests in a professional, ethical, and customer-service driven manner.
- Provide excellent concierge services to guests by having a high level of knowledge of dining and recreational opportunities in the surrounding areas.
- Answer all phones in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform any other tasks deemed necessary by the management team.
