Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Logistics Coordinator to join our team at AFL. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient order preparation processes, ensuring timely shipments, and optimizing material transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain efficient order preparation processes to ensure on-time shipments.
  • Ensure shippers receive customer orders daily to meet promised delivery dates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date material transactions.
  • Optimize material arrangement to reduce waste and avoid damage.
  • Ensure proper unloading and loading of trucks.
  • Implement 5S in the warehouse.
  • Maintain First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory.
  • Document daily cycle counts, supplier receipts, and material transfers.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse areas.
  • English language proficiency (B2 level).
  • Technical skills in material planning, inventory analysis, and process flows.

Quality System Responsibilities:

  • Know and understand AFL Quality Policy and Objectives.
  • Apply procedures of the area.
  • Develop instructions for the area as required.

EHS Responsibilities:

  • Enforce compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.
  • Communicate and explain environmental legal requirements to warehouse personnel.
  • Supervise non-hazardous waste management.
