We are seeking a highly skilled Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse to join our team at Anders Group.
This is a 13-week contract with a 36-hour workweek, offering a competitive pay package and the opportunity to work in a dynamic ICU environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have experience working in an ICU setting, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, prioritizing patient safety and well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient recovery and reduce complications
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in Illinois
- Experience working in an ICU setting, preferably with a focus on critical care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care, with a focus on patient-centered practice
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $60 to $80 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
