Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Light Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide safe and effective patient care by using best practices during hand off communication and when reporting patient care information.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills in location, operation, and care of equipment.
• Perform and document systematic assessments according to established criteria.
• Recognize and respond to abnormal diagnostic data and report to appropriate providers.
Requirements:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maine required.
• BLS certification required.
Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively. The Registered Nurse will be required to stand for prolonged periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. The position may also require exposure to noxious odors and potential exposure to diseases or infections.
