The Patient Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for patients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues related to billing and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet patients and respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Schedule patient appointments and register patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date demographic information.
3. Obtain and verify insurance information, including copies of insurance cards and identification.
4. Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve billing and insurance issues.
5. Collect patient payments and provide accurate receipts.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and billing information.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

2. One year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
