About the Role

This role involves working with customers to provide superior quality and service, ensuring their ponds and lakes are healthy and thriving. As a Water Quality Specialist, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and treating algae, weeds, and other unwanted vegetation, as well as maintaining equipment such as fountains and aerators.

Responsibilities
  • Plan daily work and provide detailed notes and service instructions to ensure high-quality service.
  • Diagnose and treat water quality issues, including algae and weeds.
  • Maintain equipment, including fountains and aerators.
  • Service customer ponds and lakes as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience working independently in an outdoor environment (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient writing and verbal skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $56,000 - $70,000, depending on performance, assigned routes, and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In addition to base pay, colleagues may be eligible for overtime, incentive, and/or commission pay.
