At Inova Health System, we are seeking a talented Regional Improvement Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. This role will be responsible for coaching and training production personnel in the implementation of continuous improvement strategies across multiple facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Operations/Production and Lean manufacturing/TPM or similar programs. They will create and maintain content tools for implementation, communication, and training, and have a proven track record of getting results.

We are looking for a strong influencer and team builder who can form a team without official authority and motivate that team to accomplish self-directed goals. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and training production personnel in continuous improvement strategies
  • Creating and maintaining content tools for implementation, communication, and training
  • Leading the implementation of Lean, TPM, or similar CI programs
  • Working with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives
