We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix. As a right-hand person, you will be responsible for managing various tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.

This is an in-office position located in Tempe, with plans to relocate to Scottsdale by December. You will be working closely with the business owner to provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with clients and associates, and maintain organization and efficiency in the office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should be self-starting, thrive under pressure, and possess strong attention to detail. Additionally, they should be reliable, have a "whatever it takes" attitude, and be looking for a long-term position with potential for growth.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails and messages promptly to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Open and process incoming mail, and track deadlines to avoid missed appointments or deadlines.
  • Create new systems and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle one-off tasks efficiently and accurately, and maintain a status calendar of important deadlines.
  • Conduct daily/weekly follow-ups with 3rd party service providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Use internal communication systems to keep the business owner informed of task status without needing to ask or follow up.
  • Run errands as needed to support the business.

  • Confidence when speaking, ability to interface with clients and associates, and a customer-focused approach.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
