Job Summary

The Finish Superintendent - Multifamily Builder/Developer will oversee the completion of finish work on large-scale multifamily projects. This role requires strong project management skills, knowledge of finish materials and construction methods, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all finish work on multifamily projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities among various trades to minimize delays and ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular inspections of work performed by subcontractors, identifying any deficiencies and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety on the job site.
Communicate effectively with subcontractors to clarify project requirements, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to timelines.
Assist in managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that finishes are completed within allocated costs.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, and change orders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding finish work, addressing any concerns or changes as they arise.

Requirements

The Finish Superintendent - Multifamily Builder/Developer will have:
At least 5 years of experience in construction
Experience overseeing the finishes on large-scale multifamily projects
Strong knowledge of finish materials, construction methods, and quality standards
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
